If you are unhappy with the Quality of your product for any reason, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange a full refund/replacement with you (this process involves us a sending a Paid Self-Addressed envelope to you, for return of the faulty product)
This refund/replacement policy also applies to products that have arrived damaged in transit. If this is the case, please email us at email@example.com and we will get a replacement/refund to you (and a Paid Self-Addressed envelope for return of the damaged product)
We offer this full refund/replacement policy for up to 30 days after the product has been sent by us.
*If a package is not delivered correctly when using NZ Post's Parcel Post (the free shipping for orders under $15 option), we will of course do our best to help track it down with NZ Post. However as it is a standard service without a tracking number, it is not insured and is therefore the purchaser's responsibility and we are unable to provide a refund for this reason (we do also offer an upgrade for these small orders to tracked/insured courier for $2.00)
Please ensure that you purchase the CORRECT SHADES/COLOURS of the product you would like, as any exchanges will require the customer to supply any additional postage expenses, and can generally be a lengthy process.
